Privacy

We collect what the game needs to run and to stay fair and safe, and we sell nothing to anyone:

• Account: the account name; the password, stored as a one-way hash (PBKDF2); and your email if you registered with one (for the confirmation code, password reset and top-up receipts only).
• Login history: the time of each login, the IP address, and the anti-cheat state at login. Kept 90 days to protect accounts and follow up on abuse, then deleted.
• Chat: every message sent in the game (channel, sender, receiver and text) is kept 30 days to review reports and abuse, then deleted.
• Sign-up: when you create an account or reset your password, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are not a bot, and your confirmation code is sent through the Resend email service.
• Game data: your characters, items, gold and progress, and the economy ledger that protects against cheating and duplication.
• Anti-cheat: Easy Anti-Cheat by Epic Games checks your computer while you play; Epic processes its data under its own policy.
• Payments: USDT payments are processed by NOWPayments. We keep each order (account, character, pack, network, amount, deposit address, what arrived and NOWPayments' payment id) and the payment notices as NOWPayments sends them. Your top-up receipt is sent through Resend if you registered with an email; the address is not kept with the order once the receipt is sent. When you enter a top-up code we keep your IP address only as a one-way hash, to limit tries.

The servers are in the European Union (Amsterdam). You may ask for your account and its data to be deleted at any time by writing to support@mbalkhi.com.
